Shane was born in North Carolina and grew up next to the sea. The eldest of 2 children, he displayed no interest in becoming a fisherman, and after high school he decided to travel the country, not with an amazing circus, but as a professional wrestler. After a terrible injury he fell back on his college education and pursued the fine arts field to provide for his son.
Shane is a diverse artist, accomplished in a variety of styles within custom tattooing ranging from American Traditional, Illustrative, Engravers, as well as complex cover-ups and repairs. Shane attended PRATT Institute and is consistently upgrading and expanding his abilities. He is an award winning photographer who began tattooing in 2019, and has worked in numerous cities in North Carolina.
He promotes an evolved tattoo experience at Hymns & Curses, which lends to a relaxing, stress free experience with an artist that is caring and compassionate.
